Your images and feedback

Your original image and SVG result are not uploaded to the cloud during conversion. To authorize your account and manage usage limits, we process file dimensions, verification data and task status. If you choose to send feedback, the related image, result and your comments are uploaded and kept privately.

Originals and results stay in this browser tab for up to 24 hours from import, without cloud history or cross-device recovery. Refreshing or adjusting does not extend expiry. Clear removes the local task; expired data is cleaned while the app is open or on the next visit.

Account, usage and payments

We keep the account and usage information needed for sign-in, access limits and service security, along with your order and entitlement status. If you contact support or answer the optional signup survey, we keep the information you provide for those purposes. Limited access information also helps us prevent misuse.

Cloudflare hosts the service and stores feedback you choose to submit. Dodo Payments handles checkout and payments. We receive the information needed to confirm orders and access, but not your full payment card details.

Purpose and retention

Feedback and artwork you choose to submit are used privately to investigate issues and improve the service; we do not sell or publish them. Please share only material you have the right to provide. Feedback and attached originals are removed after 180 days. Support records held by this service are removed after 90 days. Sign-in sessions last up to 30 days; your language choice is saved on your device. We do not use advertising cookies. Account, usage and payment records are kept as needed to provide access, meet accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Deleted data may remain briefly in service-provider backups.

Website analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources and general usage trends. It processes page addresses, referral and general device and region information without analytics cookies. Google Analytics may start automatically based on your region, or after you choose to allow analytics. It receives usage events, cookie identifiers, device information and approximate region; Google may process this data outside your country. Its analytics cookies last up to 180 days and event data is kept for 14 months. You can turn off Google Analytics and Clarity through Analytics preferences in the footer without affecting the tool.

Microsoft Clarity may start under the same regional rule or after you allow analytics. It records clicks, scrolling and masked page replays and may set analytics cookies. Artwork, account and form areas are masked. Standard replays last 30 days; selected replays and click or heatmap data may last up to 9 months. You can turn it off in the footer.

Your choices

Feedback consent is optional and does not affect conversion or download. After submission, Delete this feedback removes the original, SVG and report. For later access or deletion requests, contact us with the feedback ID. You may have additional rights under local law. See the providers’ privacy policies below.
