Originals and results stay in this browser tab for up to 24 hours from import, without cloud history or cross-device recovery. Refreshing or adjusting does not extend expiry. Clear removes the local task; expired data is cleaned while the app is open or on the next visit. Browser storage is not a backup. Consented feedback has a separate retention policy.

Fair use

Free: 30 computation attempts per UTC day. Paid: 100 attempts per rolling 60 minutes.

Access, refunds and availability

Access is linked to your Google account. The 7-day pass does not renew. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling renewal keeps access through the paid period. Except for the following exceptions, all payments are final and non-refundable: where required by law, duplicate charges, paid access not delivered, or material service failure or misdescription. Contact support@imagesvg.com. A successful refund or payment reversal revokes the affected paid period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Artwork and responsible use

You retain rights to your artwork and output. Only process or share work you are permitted to use. Both tiers offer the same conversion quality. Paid access adds batch convenience. Personal accounts allow at most two active sign-in sessions. Account sharing, automated scraping and bypassing limits are prohibited.

Acceptable use and content moderation

You may not use the service to upload, submit or share illegal content (including child sexual abuse material, or content promoting terrorism, violence or self-harm), hate speech, harassment, unlawful threats, sexually explicit or adult content, malware or phishing, or material that infringes someone else's rights. Only submit artwork you have the rights to process and share. User-submitted text is automatically screened for prohibited content and rejected at submission; consented feedback originals are kept private. We may remove violating content immediately and suspend or terminate the account responsible.
